Hi people i'm new on here ad would really appreciated some help buy s new RR silver shadow 2 for the first time. Any help would be most apreciated.

Hi Vim,

The hydraulic system is the big thing with the Silver Shadows, if it's shot it's VERY expensive to put right. But good cars are still very affordable, and a lot of car for the money - everything you've read about them driving in near silence is true!

Have you read the Buying Guide we published? It was in the December 2004 issue - prices may have changed but the basic advice should still apply. You should be able to get a back issue by calling 0845 121 4000. Any problems, let me know...
